Product Safety & Classification

All AUURAH fragrance products comply with:

• UK Cosmetics Regulation (post-Brexit equivalent of EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009) — applicable to body and skin-contact products
• Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 — for flammable goods classification and hazard labelling
• REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 — for chemical substance compliance
• CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) — all agarwood products are accompanied by valid import and export permits in accordance with CITES Appendix II requirements

Each product has an associated Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) where applicable and is registered on the UK Submit Cosmetic Product Notification (SCPN) portal in accordance with legal requirements. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available for all fragrance oils and raw materials.

Manufacturing Standards

AUURAH products are manufactured in our Kuwait facility under:

• IFRA Conformance — International Fragrance Association standards for fragrance safety

The AUURAH® name, logo, product names (including but not limited to Layali Oud, Oud Mubakhar, Rose Taif, Amber Safa, Oud Royals, Haramain, Mukhallat Noir, and Oud Saffron), and all associated brand elements are trademarks of AUURAH CAPITAL LTD. All website content, product designs, packaging designs, fragrance compositions, imagery, and text are the intellectual property of AUURAH CAPITAL LTD and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Trade Marks Act 1994.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any AUURAH intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.

AUURAH LTD maintains appropriate Product Liability Insurance and Public Liability Insurance. Details are available upon reasonable request.

We are committed to resolving all customer disputes fairly, transparently, and without undue delay.

2. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
3. A senior team member will investigate and respond with a resolution within 10 business days.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to Alternative Dispute Resolution.
