Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our UK fulfilment centre. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We are proud to ship AUURAH worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable charges. AUURAH cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@auurah.com.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. For UK orders, we classify an order as lost after 10 business days. For international orders, after 30 business days. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Shipping Restrictions
Some of our products contain fragrance oils and may be classified as restricted items by certain postal carriers or destination countries. We comply with all international shipping regulations and will notify you if there are any restrictions on shipping to your location.
