  • “We”, “us”, “our” refers to AUURAH, a home fragrance brand manufactured by Mabrook Perfume Factory, Kuwait.
  • “You”, “your” refers to the customer or visitor of our website.
  • “Products” refers to any items sold on our website including incense cones, bakhoor, diffusers, oils, sprays, wax melts, and accessories.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and PayPal through Shopify's secure payment gateway.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price in effect at the time of order placement will apply.
  • Prices do not include any applicable import duties or taxes for international orders.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and fragrance notes accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the colour and appearance of products. Fragrance is subjective, and scent descriptions reflect our master blender's interpretation.

6. Safety & Usage

Important Safety Information:

  • All products are CLP compliant and carry appropriate hazard labelling.
  • Never leave burning incense, Bakhoor, or candles unattended.
  • Keep burning products away from flammable materials and out of reach of children and pets.
  • Use only on heatproof surfaces.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation when burning incense or Bakhoor.
  • Do not ingest fragrance oils, sprays, or wax melts.
  • Discontinue use if you experience any adverse reaction.

By purchasing our products, you accept full responsibility for using them in accordance with the instructions and safety warnings provided.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. We offer a 30-day return on unopened products. Opened fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged items will be replaced.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, images, scent names, fragrance compositions, and designs - is the property of AUURAH and protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUURAH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
