Regulatory Compliance
Product Safety & Classification
All AUURAH fragrance products comply with:
- UK Cosmetics Regulation (post-Brexit equivalent of EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009) - applicable to body and skin-contact products
- Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 - for flammable goods classification and hazard labelling
- REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 - for chemical substance compliance
- CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) - all agarwood products are accompanied by valid import and export permits in accordance with CITES Appendix II requirements
Each product has an associated Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) where applicable and is registered on the UK Submit Cosmetic Product Notification (SCPN) portal in accordance with legal requirements. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available for all fragrance oils and raw materials.
Manufacturing Standards
AUURAH products are manufactured in our Kuwait facility under:
- ISO 22716 - Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- IFRA Conformance - International Fragrance Association standards for fragrance safety

Trademarks & Intellectual Property
The AUURAH® name, logo, product names (including but not limited to Layali Oud, Oud Mubakhar, Rose Taif, Amber Safa, Oud Royals, Haramain, Mukhallat Noir, and Oud Zaffron), and all associated brand elements are trademarks of AUURAH LTD. All website content, product designs, packaging designs, fragrance compositions, imagery, and text are the intellectual property of AUURAH LTD and are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Trade Marks Act 1994.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any AUURAH intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
Insurance
AUURAH LTD maintains appropriate Product Liability Insurance and Public Liability Insurance. Details are available upon reasonable request.
